Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns. However, in special circumstances, issues can be raised through our customer support and exchange/return can be accepted/rejected as per the manufacturer’s sole discretion.
As all our items are exempt from being returned, we do not issue any refunds.
If the incorrect sample/product has been sent, then we will re-send the correct sample/product, solely on the discretion of manufacturer. We cannot make any substitutions or exchanges.

A third-party carrier will ship any merchandise purchased from this Site. As a result, title and risk of loss for merchandise will pass to the carrier upon the transfer of the merchandise to them.
Shipping addresses cannot be modified after you have submitted your order. If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn't shipped yet, you'll need to request a cancellation and order again.
Once the order has shipped it can no longer be changed.
